Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging with all Godzilla tags attached to ensure they remain in pristine condition during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return for quality, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
